Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal based on LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21
In case of dissatisfaction, the Customer will have 14 days from the purchase of the product to withdraw from the contract.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer through a written communication by sending it by registered mail to the following address: CENTRO FUMI- c/o ICOVEN Srl, Via Custoza, 52 - 66100 Chieti Scalo (CH) - Italy, or by certified e-mail - PEC a: icoven@pec.it
The Right of Withdrawal is not permitted for customized products or products specially made at the request of the Customer
The right of withdrawal is subject to the integrity of the product, which must be returned intact and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with adequate external packaging, otherwise it will be rejected and sent to the sender carriage forward.
The right to any form of guarantee ceases to exist if the fault and/or defect reported are due to fault, negligence or willful misconduct, or to improper storage operations and in any case not attributable to Centro Fumi and, in particular, to the use improper use of materials, determined by failure to comply with the instructions accompanying the goods or by tampering, modifications and/or variations not authorized by Centro Fumi and/or by the use of non-original parts, accessories and spare parts or in any case not supplied by Centro Fumi.
