SHIPPING TIMES

Shipments are made by Express Courier.

For orders with personalized deliveries, a contribution to the service may be agreed in advance. Packing is free.

In the event that one of our products is not available in stock, it must be ordered by us from the Central Warehouse or directly from Production, consequently extending the delivery times, which could be extended by 10 or 20 days Working.

SHIPPING COSTS

Only for shipments to Italy

The rates for shipping our products by Express Courier are as follows:

• € 20.00 VAT included for orders for a total amount up to €249.00 VAT. Included
• FREE DELIVERY for orders totaling €249 or more, VAT Included

For shipments outside the Italian territory, contact us and we would be happy to inform you about the timing and submit you our best offer.

In no case can Centro Fumi be held responsible for delays in delivery by the courier.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet.

Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the wording "Withdrawal with reserve" and communicated to the address: info@centrofumi. com

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase and are added to the total based on the region chosen.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

N.B: In the case of orders to be delivered abroad, the Customer must agree with CENTRO FUMI on the possibility of carrying out the shipment and the amount of additional costs for this service, by contacting us at our address email info@centrofumi.com
